Compliance...Listened to a great Pocast from "Zinn and the Art of Triathlon", Q&A session with Coach Adam, the best part for me was the segment concerning compliance to training schedule..Being self-coached and using an IM training plan I got from a book..going crazy and stressed when I come short to my training times..Coach Adam mentions that being able to complete 70-85% of your training plan is realistic for a person or I say normal age grouper (like me) and if you meet 100% of your training program each time you should be sponsered..I found that comment a relief and even thou I will aim for that 100%, and yes it would be cool to be sponsered (who wouldn't turn that down), I can at least sleep better at night and forget the past and hit my mark in the future.."no such thing as make-up workouts"...On that note, descent training weekend, long 85 min. run, 50 min. tempo run, and casual swim session, while I finish my recovery week.. Time to Toe the line again...and hit my marks

Whew! That quote makes me feel better, too. I didn't hit my weekly hour goal this week for the first time in a while and I was beating myself up over it. :) Thanks for helping me chill out a bit!
