Minus?

What does that all mean. Well these days I'm sure everybody is getting hit with freezing temps and lots of snow.

So Chicago was no exception. It was around -7 when I left the house Sunday for our weekly triathlon club run. Did not expect alot of people to show up, but e-mailed my friend kickstandPam to see if she was still going.

"No matter how cold it is, I will be there!"

That was all the motivation I needed to get out of bed.

There was only 3 of us to brave the cold. We ran around the streets trying to get warm. But honestly after awhile it was not to bad.

So after 40 minutes the two of them headed home, and yeah my love of running made me decided to run a little more. But I was wondering what I was still doing out there?

But a fun time and a frozen face. Friends to run with and the holidays to spend family with. No matter how cold it is how can you not enjoy that.

It will be the last time in the Bubba household that there will be only the 3 of us. Because next year there will baby Bubba to watch over and an extra gift Santa Clause will have to bring when he stops over our house for some milk and cookies. But I always do tell my kid, Santa Clause really likes cheese danishes instead.
